Zealous is a very good organization it is like a family to me working with the organization we have lot of fun carrom chess cricket especially fun frydays and working with the team is like we are in our college days very supportive everyone and we will get hikes for every 6 months 20 percentage a very good working culture I will always miss this organization in my whole lifetime

There is nothing about to share what we will like and what we will dislike but being Frank I would like to tell you everyone in their position are good souls only but the problem where it will start from in zealous we have competition from another call centers the fights start from Monday and it will end on Friday and in this mid what it will happen which callcenter is leading in that competition they will get more manpower from clientside so the problem is here we have to lead the competition but we have to maintain quality from another hand so this is what the work is no one is good or no one is bad everyone is working because of themselves and growing the company zealous is a good organization I will always miss the people

I like the team work in zealous,i am as a CSE I got lot of support from my team other than team work everything sucks.they have worst security and worst management

Their is no proper company policies they charge as they like according to they situations when we join they explained some policy after we join they change according to they comforts.

Main problem partiality,SME'S shows partiality on employees,only 8.1 TL ramadoss will speak english others won't speak english in 8.1,some employees behaviour and they speak offensive language and food is not good.
