NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL, THIS COMPANY CAN FIRE YOU WHENEVER THEY WANT. As well as they will deduct large amount from your salary with multiple reasons such as late coming to office or missed to apply leave in portal etc. this is very small scale organisation with limited small projects which can shutdown anytime. micro management and harressment of employees is everyday task in this company. HR and hiring manager can give false promises and good salary hike to join them but dont get attracted towards the same. There is much politics within the teams and employees who have closer relations to manager only those can get good career opportunities. SO OVERALL SUGGETION IS BETTER STAYE AT HOME BUT DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

Network team response is too slow. Low salary than market standards. No meals or dinners are available .

We have to work on multiple projects which will ruin your work life balance but yes you will get a lot of learning opportunity from this as well

For a fresher zCon is a very good company because they give lot of responsibility to you. All the projects are small scale to mid scale so many of employee work as an individual contributor so there is a huge scope to learn.

Salary appraisal is of course is the major issue in these kind of companies.
