Technical capabilities and training modules are one of the best you can experience while working. Sometimes you will feel pressure but atlast you will get some thing out of that.

never join this company worst company to work for . They will give you very high salary for joining as they dont get people for working in this company .Terrible culture , one man show .No job security .You can loose your job at any moment .

They will tell 5 day working but you will be expected to ork for 7 day a week .Also they expect that you work from morning 10 to eveing 10 .They dont have office any here except delhi and expect you to be in field all the time in the name of work from home

Management approach, company policies. Person having good accumen can grow fast. Timely salaries and other dues like bonus and reimbursement. Timely appraisals and promotions to deserving candidates.

Nothing specific. Only company growth is slightly slow.
