There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees!

The company is open to innovation and will encourage individual until they learn the requirements and it's friendly nature the trainer and every individual .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the growth in the maintenance part is not that simple.the work pressure is high sometimes even have to work 12-15 hours a day. I do get recognized sometimes though which are not notified

Firstly I am very thankful to Yum that he provides me a great place to work as Yum is my first organisation where I have started my career and I wanted to work again with Yum culture and Great place to work for me. Love you Yum for give me the great plateform to grow my career and I really enjoyed the culture and organization.

Yum has given their franchise to other company to run their own Rules and culture.

-Culture is amazing - Your concerns are addressed immediately - If you hold interest in any other skill you can openly discuss with your manager - Half 2nd and 4th Fridays - Recharge Days - Wednesday Free Lunch if you are in office - Brand Vouchers - You can buy any electronics in a 2 year time period the company with reimburse some amount which depends on your grade

Dislikes

- Learning and growth opportunities are less as compared to other organisations. - No cab services - Company is still growing, there are lot of improvement areas
