They do not pay salary on time and my 7 months salary is due on them. They terminated all of a sudden and said we don't have money. However the signed documents with Unstop.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is too slow and growth is decent.

It was a good place to work but poor top management ruined it.

Internal Politics, Manipulations. They hire people at very less salary promising a good hike after 3 months of training. But they never train you. From day one you are on your own skills and learn nothing. And after 3 months when you reach out to management for hike, they start delaying.

Working here is good but there is no scope of getting opportunity. CEO of the company is good

Irrelevant work pressure and no cafeteria space no playing zone . they can switch their company policy anytime on the name of requirement

It's been a long time working with youth4work. I found this place to be very environment friendly, colleagues & senior management is very helpful, provides complete work satisfaction. The organization is 5 days working. It takes care of it's employees.

Dislikes

When you have flexible working hours, leaves & short leaves, healthy, Happy & friendly work environment. What else you want? No work pressure. Overall, it's nice working over here.
