Very low salary and they keep giving extra work for which there is no recognition and pay. It's basically free labour.

...d always were there for new learning and support.only good thing about yourdost.when it comes about pay the CEO has no ethics and can bring in new excuses to not to pay. Only mistakes of employees are highlighted and considered NEVER THE GOOD WORK OF THE EMPLOYEE.

Excuses to pay and CEO doesn't respond when employees need her and when it comes for her work to be done she will have no manners ,time and consideration of situation

Tbh not a lot. This was my first job in the field of content writing. I liked my work. My team was okay too. Supportive people. It's good to join if you have taken a career break and are struggling to find jobs.

The post in which I used to work had a very less salary but the work was part time and there was reimbursement for travel, food and stay. The work culture is very good and the management under which I worked was also very friendly. The payscale needs to be increased though.

Wish I could give negative stars, being in a mental wellness industry i don't see the organisation standing by it , perhaps the only company where the employee are conserned more than the founder, Richa doesn't seem to have an idea about what she's chasing, i don't find any reason for a founder to act as a micromanager
