Nothing to be liked about. They are probably a company who can drive even a psychologist insane. No regard for their employees who are back bone of the company.

Where do I begin? They have made therapy space a coddle space for brats. And you will be given adherence on things like "you forgot to inform the client that there were 10 minites left in the session"

The worst corporate culture I have ever come across.They are highly unprofessional and do not communicate well with its employees.They will contact you whenever they want to but wont be available whenever you have any concerns.The worst part is they dont treat you like a human being and keep on lying about serious matters.

One should never think of working with Yourdost as not only will it lower your self esteem,but also will leave you confused and hamper your personal growth.They dont have any ethics when it comes to employees.

My reporting manager at YourDOST was very rude. She would yell at the employees and would not guide them. But other managers were very helpful and mentored their teams well. Colleagues are friendly.

Dislikes

The work environment is stressful with less importance on work life balance. The training for new employees is not well structured.
