Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

The senior counsellors were really helpful and always were there for new learning and support.only good thing about yourdost.when it comes about pay the CEO has no ethics and can bring in new excuses to not to pay. Only mistakes of employees are highlighted and considered NEVER THE GOOD WORK OF THE EMPLOYEE.

Nothing to be liked about. They are probably a company who can drive even a psychologist insane. No regard for their employees who are back bone of the company.

Where do I begin? They have made therapy space a coddle space for brats. And you will be given adherence on things like "you forgot to inform the client that there were 10 minites left in the session"
