The environment of Yoma Technology is very good and the seniors are supportive and the management is also very good as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

You can hire new people by paying them more money but you can also pay old people a little more. And the appraisal is also very low, overall everything is fine, only appraisal is an issue, otherwise no one should leave this company.

good culture and TL are very supportive specially the pankaj sir(Head Manager) and vijay sir (head manager) are so talented and have solid technical expertise, he has the only one who kept the whole IT team together, they both are very supportive. if you are good in technical knowledge with good behaviour then the company will also respect you otherwise it will fire you obviously common sense.

There is no dislike but it would be better if the old employee gets better salary as we think. otherwise all are good

Nothing is good here . They just hire the people and after two or three months IT head of this organisation - pankaj Pandey or Vijay Singh they just plan for firrinng the people or make unnecessary pressure to them and intentionally they just find the mistake and after three warning useless mail and they just presuresied to employees for resign. Even pankaj has not good knowledge and his behaviour also not good for employees why organisation having this kind of person in the organisation.

Wrost working culture due the IT head . All reviews which in favour of organisation is basically all good reviews are given by management.do not considered it . Management is only favourable for Manager not for employees even hr will not listen single line of the employee side. they aks to resign. Not go there life is going to hell here . Even here girl safety is also a issues here . No one can take any action they just talk about it

Trust me guys this is a worst company I ever worked. I joined here as a dot net developer, but the behaviour of a team is worst especially IT Head I don't know why these type of people exist here, even high authorities never take action on girl's safety. The IT head always misbehaved with girls, forced them to work at late night. Is this how the IT company work? Such a shame on BYLD Group.

Don't Join guys here , It's a very bad company. Search other place. Here, some of the seniors employee are v.bad. They are forcing for to work for late night. Here girls are not safe. IT head is v. bad in behavior.(Pankaj Pandey)
