The environment of Yoma Technology is very good and the seniors are supportive and the management is also very good as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

You can hire new people by paying them more money but you can also pay old people a little more. And the appraisal is also very low, overall everything is fine, only appraisal is an issue, otherwise no one should leave this company.

good culture and TL are very supportive specially the pankaj sir(Head Manager) and vijay sir (head manager) are so talented and have solid technical expertise, he has the only one who kept the whole IT team together, they both are very supportive. if you are good in technical knowledge with good behaviour then the company will also respect you otherwise it will fire you obviously common sense.

There is no dislike but it would be better if the old employee gets better salary as we think. otherwise all are good

Nothing to like here . Pankaj Pandey it head unprofessional. His behaviour very rude with employees or also not good behaviour with female employee. They just hired people and fired with three useless or unnecessary email warning. No one can even listen single line from your side. Company is not supportive for employees. My suggestion is not join here they just doing scam with employees or force to employees to stay at office.

Please go somewhere not join this organisation. If you are political person or unethical person then this company is for you . Hr will not listen you even if you are right or correct

Trust me guys this is a worst company I ever worked. I joined here as a dot net developer, but the behaviour of a team is worst especially IT Head I don't know why these type of people exist here, even high authorities never take action on girl's safety. The IT head always misbehaved with girls, forced them to work at late night. Is this how the IT company work? Such a shame on BYLD Group.

Everything,There is no power on managers to take any decision individually the head of IT is taken all the decisions He behaves like boss of the company very bad in nature, specially with the girls no ethics how to talk with the girls same on him.
