Okay appraisal if you are working then you will get appraisal, if there is no project for 2 years then no hike and no work

Dislikes

Communication is less with the team No information if you don't have any project. Relative base company. They just hire there relatives and giving them priority. No values of employees. Fire you at any time. No project. No chance to get the project.

Being professionals we were like a close-knit family. If we delivered, we got rewarded for that. We invited criticism only when we didn't stay focused or failed to deliver. Our seniors were warm and friendly; they attempted standing by us in every little way!

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
