It's a group of Kennametal people who has dominated this company. If you were not a part of it in past then you are hired for firing in a very short period. And it's a well-known fact. This ex-kennametal employees are serving the interest of each others only. You are neither a part of a growth nor any benefit to you. You are just a crawlers below who has entire work load and huge work pressure. High performing products are being sold at slashed(extremely lowest) prices in India. Deteriorated the brand image in India. Management just throw prices and pulling the businesses. No sales-efforts are made on field.

Nothing, company is in hands of few people and they command like Hitler without listening anyone.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Managers do not mind to disturb you at 10 in the evening and you wake up for telecom in morning. Since few managers have no life outside company so they expect same from you to work day and night.

Worst company, If you join this company please confirm first take your confirmation letter regarding job, Don't take probation period. It is very professional company, company not think about employees, company take decision for its own benefits.

A typical LALA company. Unethical Management. Rely on the distributors but not rely on their own employees. Employee don't have any working-rights here, you just need to follow the path shown by upper management which is rude. And you are blamed If failed on the path shown to you. Frequent meetings/sessions on weekdays.

Dislikes

If you are already an employee, keep mum & count couple of years & exit ASAP. Aspirants don't ever choose this company. Upper management is relaxed and lethargic, all the work load is on the ground level employees, you need to work as sales engineer irrespective of your position of ASM. & junior-Engineers report to upper management irrespective of reporting to ASM.
