It's a group of Kennametal people who has dominated this company. If you were not a part of it in past then you are hired for firing in a very short period. And it's a well-known fact. This ex-kennametal employees are serving the interest of each others only. You are neither a part of a growth nor any benefit to you. You are just acrawlers below who has entire work load and huge work pressure. High performing products are being sold at slashed(extremely lowest) prices in India.
