It's a group of Kennametal people who has dominated this company. If you were not a part of it in past then you are hired for firing in a very short period. And it's a well-known fact. This ex-kennametal employees are serving the interest of each others only. You are neither a part of a growth nor any benefit to you. You are just acrawlers below who has entire work load and huge work pressure. High performing products are being sold at slashed(extremely lowest) prices in India. A typical LALA company. Unethical Management. Rely on the distributors but not rely on their own employees. Employee don't have any working-rights here, you just need to follow the path shown by upper management which is rude. And you are blamed If failed on the path shown to you. Frequent meetings/sessions on weekdays.

Dislikes

If you are already an employee, keep mum & count couple of years & exit ASAP. Aspirants don't ever choose this company. Upper management is relaxed and lethargic, all the work load is on the ground level employees, you need to work as sales engineer irrespective of your position of ASM. & junior-Engineers report to upper management irrespective of reporting to ASM.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
