...ot having comparison with other bank. Management is also good and so supportive. Company Policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Every Organisation has pros and cons so the things of dislike I am not thinking any dislike of bank and that to explain about it.

Well all the organizations have some pros and cons and Yes Bank is no exception. It used to be the best payer amongst the Indian private banks which isn't the case now. If you have considerate experience and joining Yes Bank, negotiate well as they might pay you well. Job security in back end is quite high. Work culture depends upon the team or the people your work with, simple. New management is looking for cost cutting and is keen to reduce the operational costs. Learning in any Indian Bank can be good if you have a good manager and you are self. Motivated.

New management and Uncertain growth. You'll find bosses more than leaders.

I liked the learning, training , salary which are good as compare to other banks. I gave many heartly thanks to the bank as i was the part of the bank. I enjoyed my job very much heartly.The HR system is very good.But politics are very diplomatic among the team, partiality natures are being found by the seniors. Team leader / BSDL doesnot provide appraisal rating to their team members as per their hard labour, worked experience . I have personally faced the pertiality nature in my promotion by the team leader, instead of spending more than two years, not getting a single escalations from the corporate salary account relationship mangers, accounts were being activated within 3 minutes. even 3200 accounts were opened in a month, Still i was neglected for promotion Thats why i will consider the team leaders are doing very much partialities. I was finally took dicision for resignation. Niether i was promoted nor allowed for IJP ( Internal Job Posting ). You can take a feedbacks from all CSA / Salary leaders of YCOP 2 and NOC Chennai DVU staffs about my job working / follow up dealing with RM smoothly.

I dislike about the working of the bank only on politics. The politics is going on very much by the team leaders and they are doing monopoly with their teammates in appraisal time.

...h travel , almost 150 km /day some time more then 180 km with out any convince. My travel expenses are almost 50 to 45% of my gross salary.It can disturb any body's health and daily life. This the main reason that I have submitted my resignation even I like to work .
