Not a good place to work. Salary is good. But incentive if you leave bank before 2 years they will ask you to return the incentives u earned. Read the offer letter thoroughly

Rewards and recognition is the only good thing about yes bank.

Everything is horrible in yes bank starting from the service related TATs to compensation to quality of supervisors to work life balance. They have the worst kind of ways to torture people. Late sitting is a very very normal thing in yes bank which leads to poor work life balance. The branch managers are just service managers and do not possess the qualities of a Branch leader. Overall very bad experience.

Banking closing time 7pm. But branch haed & cluster head calling 10pm and come to meeting vashi, panal. Office is there dadar location but meeting for vashi panvle there is nothing meeting . only Called just to disturb, there is no meeting there, call after reaching there, then used to say go home.everyday . HR ko complaint karo to hr early relieveing ka paisa bhara k employees se nikal deta hai koi support nhi.

...employee cannot support, then the money for early relieving should not be taken.i have pay 75000 .

Yes Bank should take decision to salary correction as per market as there is lot of disparity in salary of same grades, There should be a minimum benchmark for every grade
