During 2 and half years of experience in yes bank is not supportive in terms of Products training, Sales training and No such Joint Visit done by any supervisor for High Value Clients. I think top management should be in field with ground level staff for Creating Yes Bank Growth story and also employee growth..

Dislikes

Most of the banks will not deduct Mediclaim premiums of their employee and his family members from salary. They are give free Mediclaim from 4 to 5 lac without any charges. Bank need to focus on employee growth with joint field work on HNI Clients in market...

Quality portfolio and good travel policy and higher salary against other organisation.

Dislikes

Not any proper planning for new product and no value of innovative& aggressive employee in system and very slow and old way for customer service and hr also not supportive and medical premium also deduct from your CTC.

Enjoyed working..got to learn..got to know a lot..worked for 2.5 years..this was my first job in life..I will never forget yes bank..now I am not working yes bank... Every time I remember, I go to the bank and meet all the staff...and I do all my bank work from Yes Bank...I will never forget the first job of my life.

I was in yes bank in me-hin company we were working in yes bank and me-hin used to make our salary but I had no problem with that...but our salary was not increasing...my reason for leaving was salary and Secondly, Shaleen Dodia, the cluster head in Borsad branch, did not know how to respect any employee. And was giving more mental torture...that is why she left working in Yes Bank.

Only Branch Closing Timing is good as per other bank and package which they offer is good.

Dislikes

Worst Culture I have ever seen in any bank. They give you huge package so that no other bank can hire you and they don't have any customer base or portfolio of HNI clients and after this all they make you work like a sales executive. They don't have any data or any base where you get a leads only cold calling marketing activities make you survive over here. Account opening timing and service is pathetic. Just business matters no service is there in this bank for customer.

The culture of the bank is extremely bad and behaviour of higher authorities are worst. They have very shiny HR policies but in reality nothing works, HR will never come to solve your problem. Ratio of women employees are very low because they target women employees even the last branch manager has been transferred because of his inappropriate comments and this is very usual there. They target employees on personal level and using abusing and inappropriate language is very common.
