For a startup I can say Yantriks was far far better than any MNC's. Though there was a salary cut initially but no employee was fired in this difficult time. And that's what any company employee would want from his company, an organisation standing for an employee and Yantriks has done it during COVID. I stand by my company values and Yantriks is one of the most secured job company and the most loved. Yantriks is now a Blue yonder company and will be missing the original Yantriks for a while for sure.
