YAMAHA is KANDO creating company which help YAMAHA employees to create an healthy working atmosphere. Innovations are in YAMAHA blood. YAMAHA have many successful models globally. Working with YAMAHA is much more than taking care of my own family and vice versa. Every person helps another. YAMAHA's technical hand is the only one in their types of own.

YAMAHA's uniqueness is that it give chance to everyone which somehow effects it's performance and growth. Indian market understanding is quite difficult under YAMAHA policies.

Working environment was good, Many facilities provided. Salary hike was good enough. Good supportive staff.

Dislikes

There is a lot of difference in saying and action on that. Top head says that no body will lose the job in case of closure of Faridabad plant, before pandemic,but after opening, many management staff is retrenched in the name of pandemic without giving any suitable compensation. Even staff near retirement is given compulsary retirement without any suitable compensation. No any clarity on what basis they are given retirement.No clear policy. At present everywhere there is tension in working environment. At present mostly are working in the environment of fear of job loss at any time. No transparency from management.

Great colleagues. Very supportive. The reporting manager is a true mentor. Probably one of the finest people to work in the industry with immense knowledge

...ible. Micro management by management and division heads gets in the way of work. Perks and benefits and salary structure is also terrible

Dealer are sell other companey product to customer like helmate speer parts scoty foot rest bettey leg guard etc..but consumer are dont know about that
