Training's and learning's are very helpful, job security is depends on performance for which superiors always guide their every team member. Growth in terms of level and salary is also good. travel policies are quite comple x for new employee but practical. YAMAHA's uniqueness is that it give chance to everyone which somehow effects it's performance and growth. Indian market understanding is quite difficult under YAMAHA policies.

I am working with YAMAHA since 2015 as Diploma Service Engineer. In 2017 I have been promoted as Junior Service Engineer. I am looking after sales service. Dealer's profitability, YAMAHA SOP's, Training's, Competition Exams, Customer Complaints, etc.

Management ideas are not much transparent. Less job security and Appraisal process nit transparent. Bonus and other benefit are part of CTC

There is a lot of politics and HR/management never address our issues.

In the starting work environment and culture was good after sometime not looking like atmosphere good manger not supporting politics is to much salary was not good as per experience

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues salary is not also good as per 4 year experience with yamaha do not seen any career growth opportunity and there is no intimation to leave job suddenly dealer fired at the time

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
