In the starting work environment and culture was good after sometime not looking like atmosphere good manger not supporting politics is to much salary was not good as per experience

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues salary is not also good as per 4 year experience with yamaha do not seen any career growth opportunity and there is no intimation to leave job suddenly dealer fired at the time

The job is quite interesting and struggled a bit yes I learned on the job self learning most i got a chance to wear multiple hats

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
