...mployees. If you're thinking of joining, think twice before risking your career. Salary & Appraisal Issues No appraisal in two years, and salary increment is 0%. No extra bonuses, no shift allowance (even for night shifts). Both-side PF deduction from employees' salaries—unethical and unfair. Salaries are delayed, often credited around the 20th of the month, causing financial instability. Fake Promises & Poor Management Management makes fake commitments and misleads employees. HR has no professionalism—they treat employees well before joining but change completely afterward. The company lacks a proper HR policy and job security. Employees can be kicked out at any time without notice. Work-life balance is terrible, with excessive workload and toxic senior behavior. Toxic Work Culture & No Employee Benefits No medical insurance, no perks, no company holidays, and no career growth. Favoritism is rampant—higher-ups only support their preferred employees. Lack of skill development—you learn nothing valuable for your future. Owner has no vision or technical skills and changes policies whenever convenient. Warning to Job Seekers Do not resign from your current job before getting an official signed offer letter. The company often sends unsigned draft offers and later denies employment. Always have another offer in hand—layoffs are frequent, and salary deductions are common. Final settlements (F&F) are a joke—be ready to lose your pending salary if you resign or get fired. Final Verdict: FRAUD & WASTE OF TIME This company is a career destroyer. If you want job security, timely salary, and fair treatment, stay far away from this place. Better opportunities exist—don’t settle for this nightmare

You have to do work otherwise you are completely at peace. Whatever you have to do, you do your own learning as per your own convenience, there is no support from seniors nor has anyone seen you there.

Career growth is low in the company and you do not get salary and promotion according to your skills. Nor do they judge you. In any case, they send anyone to VIP mill based on your performance without knowing or unknowingly. Whether his performance is good or not.

The company culture and behaviour of the seniors is very bad. I recommend people to don't work here.

Dislikes

They are not giving Promotion, no salary hike,no work culture, behaviour of the seniors are very rude and bad also when you are resigning job they don't give your salary also they will eat all your full n final.

...our skills. You are respected only if they are dependent on you. Poor HR policy. Salary is usually delayed. Lack of job security as government projects are obtained by greasing the palms of the officials and hence not sustainable.
