The company culture and behaviour of the seniors is very bad. I recommend people to don't work here.

They are not giving Promotion, no salary hike,no work culture, behaviour of the seniors are very rude and bad also when you are resigning job they don't give your salary also they will eat all your full n final.

If you dont have any ambition and content to work in bureaucractic and toxic environment ,you may survive here,

...our skills. You are respected only if they are dependent on you. Poor HR policy. Salary is usually delayed. Lack of job security as government projects are obtained by greasing the palms of the officials and hence not sustainable.

Trust on employees, give opportunities to explore, work from office env. but whenever needed also provide WFH, allows to celebrate events as a team,

some basinc needs identification and their resolution should be improved like, water supply, cleaning, etc.

It is the worst organisation ever with full of uneducated people in head . There is no job security no skills development. People in bigh authority are mostly partial with the other employees and play favouritism in workplace such a studipity.
