No growth opportunities. 3.The management encourages employees to resign rather than understanding their problems. 4.Always looking for an escape goat.. 5.The management wants you to Work beyond the working hours with minimum pay and negligible increment for your hard work.

Appraisal depends on your work. There are some employees who will make you feel that they are the ones who are always correct and no one can be more correct than you, even if you provide good logic.

... time of joining, they provide good remuneration with a good hike - 40 to 50 % Salary on time.

Work Culture in s really bad. Lack of coordination among the departments. Job insecurity is there. You will be put under observation of 3 to 6 months on performance evaluation, if unsatisfied will be asked to leave. Lot of internal issue. Company is also associated in some unethical practices in operations with a say of company policy. Not suitable if anyone looking for long term career prospects.

...due to heavy losses company's are getting shutdown and no newer investors found. Lobbying is new trends in India to get the huge salary package Jobs in any seniors position in management in ecommerce Logistics Solutions not necessarily good experience and good behavior good Jobs.

Salary and Appraisals - Below company standards; employees are underpaid compared to their responsibilities. with limited scope and significant raises and promotions, Work expectation- offers salary at a junior level while expecting work at senior level. Work place culture- office politics is prevelent employees efforts are under-appreciated.
