Culture of the company is not so good. Employees are always under pressure to complete the work, No work life balance. Increments are delayed by 6 months without any written notice. More than 30% staff laid off in January and now in April end requesting those employees to rejoin the organisation. Having no vision and planning, worst place to work with.

Its the most worst company you can ever work with . You can meet the most terrible managers and hr’s in this company . Even the few managers will keep torturing you that you get high salaries because they themselves are very stupid and have lesser salaries . There is no work life balance no job security .

1. If you find many good reviews above this review then be CAREFUL. Management must have asked there shoe licking employees to put FAKE good reviews, so that this review will go down and nobody will read this. 2.They hire people from reputed organizations and expect them to work in UNORGANIZED, CHAOTIC and MESSY way. And if you try to improve then they will declare you INEFFICIENT ! and they will FIRE you. Before firing they wont even think of talking to you even once! 3.For name sake they follow agile , story cards are completely empty. No Definition of Done, requirements, acceptance criteria are mentioned in card, but when you ask your scrum master/manager/product owner, then you are considered to be troubling them. They will think that you can not work independently. 4. Pathetic manager level politics. Being a tech person, he or she will not involve you in single meeting or call for requirements and then expect miracle from you by telling single sentence of requirement. 5. When manager feels that he/she is in trouble, then they will blame it on tech team and you will loose your job. 6. Office infra is pathetic. Looks like government offices of 1990s. You won't find chairs to sit. They don't even use authenticated windows on laptop. Canteen is unhygienic. Office can not even offer tea or coffee. You have to pay for everything. 7. In office IT and non IT guys sit together and you will definitely listen non IT employees shouting, using abusive words. 8.And be careful from their false hiring, they will hire you to increase the head count and when they find that project is not going in desired way, they will fire you. So be aware, if you are getting hired even if you are from non java background then you will be fired in future. 9.Earlier they used to cover parents in mediclaim policy but now they don't. Reason is that, they think most employees are using mediclaims for their parents, so they can't afford such high ratio of claims....Read More

If there is some work in between office hours then you can go out without any worry, just update the manager and you will be allowed to go out in case of emergency.

There are a lot of dislikes like no matter how much work you do, that work is not respected. If you work late at night or even after reaching home, that work is not valued. Upper management does not talk on ground challenges and if you discuss it on a conference call, then the managers find excuses.And the employee who is performingwell and working 10 to 11 hours daily faces problem in taking leave. When I started and join Busybees i feel like home because we started from one office and after that we expand 40 office with in two years, working day and night like home, our senior are also supporting us on that time That was amazing for me
