If any operations related changes are there and earlier If you not buttering your manager they treat you like you have asken there property. 4. Full. Of talketive people when its comes for decisions making no body have clue in management. 5. For your dedication and work no one recognised you but if you made any mistake from GM position people gonna be in touch with you for criticism. Overall a place where dedication doesn’t mater no grow nothing to learn toxic manager .

Monopoly of department Heads Wrong Peaples are sitting at Senior positions those not having proper skill and Leadership Qqualities those not haven't decision making Skill also but they are expert in presenting fake data and making fool management and safeguard their own chaires by playing corporate politics and honest people's are becoming victims because of their personal ego. There is no people care

Lots of politics, no one listens anyone, Old employee not respect Managers, Every time threat to new employee, Management not listening to Emp and unable to resolved his problem.

The company is not very tech savvy, imposes restrictions on serviceability and management frequently review costs and they are not very aggressive in enhancing serviceability.
