Work culture and job security is good in siemens. Company give us a great supports and provides us required resources (like.,N95 mask, sanatizer etc.) to fight with covid-19.

Salary is not so good and career growth is slow. Officially no job training is given to new joiners.

1. No salary at onsite siemens udaipur office. 2 no food ni breakfast no snacks even hod is picking up money 3. No proper kt 4 no perks no clothes and no benefits 5 the behavior by hr manager and client is harassing and unnatural.

If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

...policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.
