Work culture and job security is good in siemens. Company give us a great supports and provides us required resources (like.,N95 mask, sanatizer etc.) to fight with covid-19.

Dislikes

Salary is not so good and career growth is slow. Officially no job training is given to new joiners.

Working with Siemens was great experience. They use lastest technology in project. I have learnt a lot through out journey in Siemens. It helped me to grow professionally and personally. Most of lead and managers are helpful and down to earth in nature. It was great to be part of SIEMENS

Dislikes

Appreciation is rear thing in Siemens. Salary hike is too low.

Friendly environment, good bonuses , excellent benifits. Managers are understanding. Permanent Wfh for ladies in genuine need.

...not has job security but they will try to retain internally if client backs off. Salary package is average not competitive with respect to maket.

1. No salary at onsite siemens udaipur office. 2 no food ni breakfast no snacks even hod is picking up money 3. No proper kt 4 no perks no clothes and no benefits 5 the behavior by hr manager and client is harassing and unnatural.

If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

...policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.
