Work culture and job security is good in siemens. Company give us a great supports and provides us required resources (like.,N95 mask, sanatizer etc.) to fight with covid-19.

Dislikes

Salary is not so good and career growth is slow. Officially no job training is given to new joiners.

If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

...policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.

Cant learn anything from scratch. Scope of learning or working in new technology is very less.

Treated equally, opportunity to lead, balanced work load, good salary, plenty of leaves, work from home provided, flexible work hours.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, no gifts perks or bonuses, very limited team outings or bondings, meetings till late night.
