It was a amazing firm to work prior to 2023 . Before 2023 all leaders were great Now it's a Hell

New Management is all very bad and no leadership qualities , they stopped pay hikes , bonus , incentive etc. Very very bad behavior by new leaders who call them 2.0

There is no job security here , please dont join by seeing only the salary benifits . There is no good projects . Better get into a good MNC rather than joining this company and waiting for years for a good project and they hire freshers and train them for their tax benifits and almost more than half of the newly recruited freshers are forced to resign . Talent management is not proper and they also have no idea whats going inside the company . One day they will ask you to resign and the next day they will inform about a new project requirement. Even experienced people find it difficult to survive.

Poor Talent Management , no good projects , no ethics in the company , you will always feel insecure about job security.

In-hand salary is good . Culture is good.

Very less clients. No job security (if you are working , then it's fine otherwise if you are on bench, you will be forced to do resign instant) Totally unethical work.

...ended if you are in initial phase of your career. A lot of onsite opportunity. Yearly promotions ,compensation and salary hikes are also very good.

The best thing about Xoriant is its work culture and work-life balance. As a developer, you learn a lot and can enhance your skillset. Job security is very good.

Dislikes

The only thing Xoriant lacks is the compensation part. There are very few perks given to employees apart from CTC. The travel/accommodations policies are not there for new joiners.
