At the end of the day, all you need as an employee is acknowledgement for your efforts and the deserving compensation - and in both these areas, Xoriant does a fabulous job, thus far! Also the company is in constant search for innovation and asking employees for ideas/suggestions for improvement, which shows that they want to be up to date with the latest and greatest technologies and processes! In this era of Client first - Employee later functions - Xoriant really take care of their own!

Compensation is less and salary/appraisal is less/slow which affects career growth. Also limited trainings on new technologies.

Sometimes there is communication gaps between teams or departments which may leads to confusion and inefficiency.
