Nothing at all, huge politics specifically in Gurugaon location, work culture is Toxic, no limit on working hours specially in WFH mode.

Dislikes

Nothing to praise, no learnings specially for finance folks, no career growth, lowest compensation as per market standard.

...ding is very less according to the the work which an employee is doing for them. No extra benefit for employees rather than salary..

...agues and manager. The company encourages creative problem solving and new idea. The salary and benefits packages are competitive compare to the industry standard . Also understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work life balance and offers flexible working hours and remote work options.

Sometimes there is communication gaps between teams or departments which may leads to confusion and inefficiency.

- Promotion/ appraisal not so good - Notice Period increased to 3 months - Monthly allowances reduced - No bench policy - Mediclaim don't reimburse OPD claims - Employee referral program is not good

Dislikes

At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.
