...hardwork. If you are giving 110% then it is what you should be doing as per XLD. But if you do a small mistake then then can charge a deduction on your salary ..

There is nothing I can like and literally thats the worst company anyone can work with .

This is pathetic ,they run a scheme they offer you ctc and pay u for training salary and main part of ctc is incentive which they caption as "MPI &OPI" thats the biggest way they make you fool 2.They dont care of your domain may be you will be hired for financial analyst but due to company requirements you may forced to change domain such as : Hr, voice call, mail answering or much worst then that 3.There is one guard who roams around the working area and note down names for crimes like :talking to next person,found sleepy/inactive (not actually sleep) 4.No job security any foolish rule like :talking to next person or not feeling feel so feeling inactive ,you are directly fired You can not even laugh or interact Many of us for months don't know name of the person who is next to us Never ever go for this one If you feel joining this please comment your name with mobile no I will contact you and help you with more insights

...n KPO, they can become team leader. Don't think one can be appraised above that. They give good salary and incentives. Lot many good and budgeted place around to stay at. Politics is always there in every organisation. Work environment is good. Forget social life once you join XL Dynamics.

Training, no job safety, no career growth,politics, no learning since I was doing the same work repeatedly, no social life.

...e not required and immediately disable your accesses while you're on the call. Not only that, 30% of your salary is your variable, they deduct it to 100% for as good as 1 mistake. So if your salary is 50K and you have 15K as incentives, just one mistake and your in hand comes to 35K. HR's don't listen to the employees. Employees' wellbeing is a taboo.

...orse used for marriage cant see here and there only in front of your pc/laptop Thirdly when the organisation raise your pay then you are in trouble because they can fire you at anytime if its your mistake or not and they wont give you any reason to fire you under blah blah clause they will first transfer you from operation to call center type department and then boom fire Last but not the least when you have to fire people from organization because they are paid higher then please a humble request do not raise the pay as the whole family is waiting for the salary of that one person might be not the best but yes getting lesser pay is good then being fired from job. God bless those who do this to people but I would strongly recommend that please please please if you have to nurture your career in finance you must go with Indian companies and not US or some other TCS is good they pay less but they care for one's job So all the best XL Dynamics for your such an awesome organisational behaviour and WARNING to all those who reading this...
