Migraine, backache, fear of losing job any moment, no learning, work pressure, weekend working, no salary hike or hike only if transfer to another process, hits / error in salary, no refreshments / annual event even after covid ends. Just one word suffering.

There is nothing I can like and literally thats the worst company anyone can work with .

This is pathetic ,they run a scheme they offer you ctc and pay u for training salary and main part of ctc is incentive which they caption as "MPI &OPI" thats the biggest way they make you fool 2.They dont care of your domain may be you will be hired for financial analyst but due to company requirements you may forced to change domain such as : Hr, voice call, mail answering or much worst then that 3.There is one guard who roams around the working area and note down names for crimes like :talking to next person,found sleepy/inactive (not actually sleep) 4.No job security any foolish rule like :talking to next person or not feeling feel so feeling inactive ,you are directly fired You can not even laugh or interact Many of us for months don't know name of the person who is next to us Never ever go for this one If you feel joining this please comment your name with mobile no I will contact you and help you with more insights

...t the time of joining variables will be applicable but now they have disabled...my salary has been decreased instead of increasing. No skills development so far Feels like I am wasting my energy working here The company also applies hit on the salary in case of unplanned leaves or small error...more salary reduction Company has Worst HR team ...they never reply...atleast for 2-3 days Worst in work from home also...they wants us to sit for 8 hrs tight or else 10% reduction in salary with warning letter even if the work is done. Poor job satisfaction....never select this company!

I liked extra perks which was provided but unfortunately heard that the compensation for the work has been ended and for now no extra work has been provided. but what they could improve is to give a little bit more job security for the comig candidates as they should improve the their leave policy and if not necessary but try to keep holidays for Indian independence day as well as republic day as you guys are working in India if not then please don't follow the same for the US also

If you are here just to make money, it is a very good choice to go for here. Money matter a lot but same time work experience and life balance matters too.

... you speak to your colleague even for lunch, do not get surprised in case if Sr. Management asks you to put your resignation and leave with an immediate effect with no salary irrespective you may have worked even for 10 years for company or get fired with salary. YES, this is common practice and I have witnessed it 4-5 times.
