The inclusive and transparent culture is very appreciative. My reporting manager is a gem of a person and a true leader, does not micro manage and leaves with us the way of managing the territory and guides us on what to do. Result oriented.

Salary and benefits are average, appraisal system is the the reason for exit. Higher management is not involved in proper appraisal. Some HO guys have control in the recommendation of promotions and it is not linear to the performance you do.

Organisational politics specially in Bihar team Leadership is too chip , retail connect zero , distribution handling is poor, senior manager has zero knowledge, if your are policing ur manager than u can rewarded in bihar apart from bihar u can join.

No appraisal/increment even after you meet all the companies expectations. With promotion you will get 200‰ more pressure stress but don't expect of hike in salary. Employees are paying for there own medicals.

Dislike about the company salary is not getting increase according to years waise salary not getting increase in xiaomi if the person is spend 5 years the salary is getting increase only in 5 years 2000

WARNING!! To all the xiaomi phones users out there as Xiaomi India goes way out of their integrity to achieve sales target. Activation of phones has been a routine in xiaomi. Employees activates phone in the distributors office or at any store so that they can achieve their target. You can check your activation date by contacting the service centre and providing them with the IEMI number of your mobile. This is pure case of Cheating as the warranty period starts before even getting in your hand. Most of the smartphones you are using has already been activated and used!!!!!
