...employees how have been off-boarded from the organization because of any act. 4. They have not provided any compensation or even the salary which is employees right to work. 5. Till probation they can increase your saturday working. Also they increase the saturdays working without any reasons. 6. Salary received is never complete as shown in payslip.

1. Good environment to grow, as you are encouraged by the company to enhance your skills. 2. Good working environment.

Dislikes

...t late by 1 second, (which is very much possible) you are labelled as 'late'. 2. Salary disbursal is late with lots of unnecessary deductions.

...ng something new on technology or doing a research. You are given a free hand. Beautiful city, well connected transportation, good accodomations near by, good salary, career growth, continuous skill improvement opportunities, Awsome work culture, parties, celebrations, perfect place for fitness freaks, superb teams ... No false promises, work given related to your field, you are always guided, every possible way they help you.

Dislikes

Being a startup a lot of people join but few unable to sustain because at some point they feel it too much but that is expected out of startup that is why the learning growth is way to good than any big company. So you are automatically tested on a lot of parameters.

I dont like this company at all, i got a placement here from my college and after 8 months of internship they were still not offering me a permanent offer letter rather they said that my internship will end in Nov'20 which makes a 11 months internship so i decided to leave the company and during these 8 months they did not payed me a single penny, no help or support or interaction to the new joining or freshers

Same as above, no salary, no stipend, no guidance, no job security
