Absolutely nothing.

I have to admit that my experience here started off fairly good. But it could also be because it was my first job and I was young and naive. When the company was small there was more focus on employee health and I myself got a lot of support while I was struggling with anxiety and depression. But this absolutely does not justify the unraveling of the horror that started happening last year, or maybe the year before that. Once they entered the US market, thats when we really saw what the company stood for. Mental health? Please. Money is what they want. Once they got their second round of funding it was just chaos. Spent money BLINDLY with no strategy or process in place only to kick out a bunch of employees when it didnt work out (secretly no less). And the CEO? Its no surprise that she almost got sued for bullying an employee because that is exactly what she does repeatedly. Probably even today. I hope karma gets back at you because you have absolutely stomped and crushed my confidence into pieces. This culture that was built on the name of empathy is an absolute sham. I almost feel bad for the so called managers who have no idea what they are doing and just end up following what the CEO does and have become bullies themselves. Shame on you all, you are supposed to raise awareness on mental health, not be the cause of mental health issues for so many employees. I am so glad people have started speaking up and no - this is not "disgruntled employees" speaking up because they got laid off. You can see the amount of detail in all these negative reviews and support it is getting. Yet they take no accountability and no action.

This is a joke!

Let me start with my dreadful journey of almost 1.5 years in the torture world of Wysa. In no way Wysa can be disguised for a mental health organization since most of its employees are mentally sick and clinically disturbed people. I worked in the HR team of Wysa and boy oh boy do I have some frustrations lined up here. My team and especially the only other member in the team, it was the worst possible experience I had. I was always lonely, there was no one to support, guide or talk to. I did not even have a proper reporting manager. The 'on-paper' reporting manager I was assigned literally had no clue as to what the HR team does. And ironically all her team members dislike her and complain about her to the other senior folks, making sure a picture where she's no one to the team is always painted. She herself did not even bother to ever ask how I was doing or why I resigned. That is the level of communication or responsibility the highly paid senior managers are have in Wysa. Coming to the only person I worked with in the HR team, the "unofficial" reporting manager of mine, talking to a wall is much better than working with her. She is the truest example of the most toxic, low-life person. She only is 1 year senior to me in Wysa but already acts like she owns Wysa. She is mentally abusing, will micromanage you to such a level that you cannot even put a comma to a sentence with your own wish. She clearly knows how to break self confidence and self worth. She has a habit of ruining my weekends and calling me at 10 or 11 pm just to destroy my self worth. I had to undergo an unanticipated surgery during my notice period and the level of mental torture she had given me for that is absolutely unforgiven. She did not even leave me alone just after the day of my surgery. She would force me to work past my agreed time because I couldn't make more recruitment calls the first day I came to work after my surgery and would argue with me for that the whole night. She has the monopoly of being the senior and only HR person in a mental health organisation and the level of torture she had given me throughout is beyond comparison. She even threatened me that she'll be giving negative feedback on my background verification because I wasn't complying with her obnoxious orders. She made sure to make things personal with me by sharing a worthless Experience Certificate because she's trying to ruin my professional career. But the jokes on you for being exposed of the kind of a person you are! Concepts like Employee satisfaction, Learning & Development, Employee Happiness Index, Work-life balance are absolutely alien here because a donkey is sitting in the HR Team! To Jo Agarwal & Sweta Digga- If you are reading this, or if you even care, this was my horrible relationship and after effects of the morbid relationship I shared with the only other HR team member at Wysa. She didn't even bother to give the experience certificate that mentioned about my performance (as per the template) because she wanted to make things personal with me. I will make sure to never ever suggest any single mortal to work for you guys because your HR team is the most horrible, inexperienced and toxic. And this is coming from the ex HR team member at Wysa.
