For the role of Customer Success Associate, we’re looking for someone who would support the client relations function in managing our portfolio of clients, providing a top-class experience to our clientele and thereby helping the larger team achieve its revenue targets.
- Own a portfolio of high profile clients and maintain excellent client relationships as they move through all phases of the customer lifecycle to ensure customer success.
- Nurture and build client relationships to ensure renewals.
- Keeping an eye out for potential upsell/cross sell opportunities.
- Regularly engaging with clients to ensure that Wysa solutions are successfully adopted in the organisation.
- Coordinating with the marketing, analytics, product teams to ensure that reports, collaterals campaigns assets are shared with clients in a timely manner.
- Provide analytics reports and conduct client reviews to identify any gaps and upselling opportunities.
- Provide an important voice of the client internally to the Product and Sales teams to ensure that customer requirements and product feedback are captured.
- Leave clients feeling supported and delighted after every interaction and in turn see the extent of your impact!
- Maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information or assets shared and assessed by you
- Adhere to Wysa's security, privacy and compliance policies and procedures
- Contribute to building continual improvement practices
- Ensuring overall secure SDLC compliance
Qualifications Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in a client facing role (mandatory)
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal communication - verbal written, must-have as it is a client-facing role.
- Able to handle multiple clients and tasks, solve problems, and plan, prioritize effectively.
- Proactive, takes ownership and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Is a critical-thinker, problem-solver and pays attention to details
- Comfortable working and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment.
- A natural curiosity and desire to learn; with a passion to make a difference.
Good to have
Experience in start-up in a similar role is preferred
Tool knowledge
Google Suite, MS Suite, Basic working knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva.
