Good infrastructure, you can ask for a good salary, full of facilities, but of no use if you are in mental pressure

they have a hybrid work model but force them to come to the office without any reason, the appraisal is very bad, never support employees in work or training, Management support only their peoples so much of a partial environment, if you are eager to learn anything and want to improve your designing skill never go for WSP, Skill will be zero and there is only copy paste work in WSP India Office.

Other than coffee their is a hell lot of politics.

Dislikes

Health Insurance are not paid on time. Hybrid mode is biased between juniors and senior. HR is like non existent very lazy. Too many unwanted meeting to count the head of people coming to office. Raising problems are like raising red flags for your job security

Unique and grand scale projects to work on, excellent pay, challenging and complicated projects to work for. Add on job skills and learning on Job opportunities exist and allow professional growth, opportunity to work independently and find your own solutions. You have to keep eyes open and be prepared for many challenges (opportunity) naturally existing due to complicated nature and scale of Projects, adrenaline rush is expected; be prepared for the worst if you want to succeed and keep pushing your limits. Those who test the waters by pushing limits have recognition and opportunities and those who want to remain in comfort zone can expect to either remain in same slot or worse be removed. Which in short means that there is competition and provides opportunities for Growth.

Dislikes

Higher work loads, appraisal process and evaluation of employee is not clear or may not exist because of lack of growth of business itself and tough market conditions. Though WSP has great Managers there are few bad apples as well, but there does not seem to be clear HR policy for accountability for the same. It is up to the employee to add skills, after certain level of growth for most employees their growth can hit plateau. Since WSP is a very big Organization with independent business units your growth depends on your opportunities in your Unit only. Line Managers have very less contact and seldom give feedback! Feedback is life line of growth and performance but that is not the norm.
