Worley Parsons have been totally supportive of me in Covid-19 virus by putting me on furlough. Also keeping in contact with updates etc I like working on Claymore with Worley’s due to other people working there for them A good crew

Company culture is good and will get a chance to work on international projects.

The main issue here in Worley is the Weekly Timesheet. Salary depends on this Timesheet. Timesheet is an additional burden for employees along with work pressure. For each and every work, management concerned about Timesheet. If the timesheet is less managenent will come up with questions which is sometimes too hectic for employees. Timesheet has to be little more liberal.

...d employee has to justify to discipline manager for lack of project billability. In some cases employee is asked to take leave without pay.

If you dont get booking hpurs you wont get salary for that day, so much of politics in company, groupism & apart from work you need to focus to show case your work. Daily different task. There is no continous involvement for long term project. No one cares to guide evwn if your siniors.you are judge based on not your quality of work but howmuch ot you did. Weekly basis payments. No work life balance. Monotonus checking methods.

...tandard. Your growth here will be low compared to your peers in other EPC firms. It will take you 4-5 years of your career to reach a 6lpa package. The average CTC at other EPC firms after 1 year is 6-7 LPA.
