Very demoralized Team, no one trust on superior's talk/speech. Very partial performance reviews and no feedback on superiors decision/review. So many Team players are frustrated and prefer to just carry on for the day.

raise in salary they didn't considered value of contract staff i work here 8 yrs on contract but still on contract basis with low increment my behavior was good, skill is good (handle projects individually)

Culture wise it's good. Importance given to work life balance. Employees are encouraged to improve their skills as well as they can suggest improvements in work practices.

Job security is not at par. One may not be fired but pay cuts would be there whenever company will not have jobs.
