The work environment is pretty good. People are open minded and give freedom to work.They trust employees.

Dislikes

compensation is average as compared to our experience . There is no bonus and increment since last few years due to market condition. We receive appreciation mail from clients as a good performance. But no promotion or monitory benifits against the same.

Team mates are very co-operative an Tge company practices Transparency, in communication and empowerment of people. As a business manager I enjoyed the job. My colleagues come from different culture and countries and we all worked as one team.

Dislikes

Compensation is not all that great. and dependent on whether you are a western expat or eastern expat. Different (low) salary structures and benefits for eastern expat. For this WorleyParsons alone cannot be blamed. This is the way the Middle East discrimates the expats. Growth is slow and limited.

Company culture is good and will get a chance to work on international projects.

The main issue here in Worley is the Weekly Timesheet. Salary depends on this Timesheet. Timesheet is an additional burden for employees along with work pressure. For each and every work, management concerned about Timesheet. If the timesheet is less managenent will come up with questions which is sometimes too hectic for employees. Timesheet has to be little more liberal.

...d employee has to justify to discipline manager for lack of project billability. In some cases employee is asked to take leave without pay.

If you dont get booking hpurs you wont get salary for that day, so much of politics in company, groupism & apart from work you need to focus to show case your work. Daily different task. There is no continous involvement for long term project. No one cares to guide evwn if your siniors.you are judge based on not your quality of work but howmuch ot you did. Weekly basis payments. No work life balance. Monotonus checking methods.
