Worldpay provides a good work life balance. Leaves are abundant. Timings are relaxed. Good work from home policy. Team mates are nice , warm and not too political.

Dislikes

The cross functional structure is not followed properly. If your reporting manager doesn't stay in India, he/she will not have much role in your salary hikes/appraisal and promotion. It totally depends on your rapport with the Indore Site Leader. This company gives great growth opportunities to people who are good at flattering. There are no team outings and even festivals like Diwali are not celebrated properly due to budget constraints. There are minimum travel opportunities unless you are a site leader or in his in group. There is minimum scope for international relocation

Work life balance wise company is best. However, they dont pay much. Even if someone wants to join then negociate well before acceptig offer so that if you stay in org for longer duration you will not have any regrets for salary

The Worldpay as a consumer is fine and so as their products but not a place for talent specifically in APAC, management has no control over decisions. They have no ethics when it comes to support employees, in india they fired sales team and havnt considered the market conditions or performance. Not recommended if you work of a good culture, work security and deliver performance

Dislikes

FIS as an HR system is pathetic. They have HR partners who are just sitting like ducks and enjoying the benefits. Management shows no regards when it comes to retain or fight for their employee rights. One of the most unethical and worst place to work. HR system and the whole team need to be fired and an AI tool can deliver quality performance.

I liked the timings, weekends were off. Overall the company is good and it is growing at faster pace.

Hell lot of politics, favoritism, groupism is there which stops the growth of deserving candidate.
