No job security. They hire people for particular clients and once the project is done, then firing the employee is what they are going to do. In fact they will make you resign.
Career growth will depend on the client. But do not expect anything from the company. They just hire and give to the client and enjoy the commission.
There are variable payment. They hold a part of your salary and give you as variable payment. They advertise that as they are giving bonus to the employee. Even though you worked hard and performed well in the year, they have created new policies to make sure that you won't get the variable component as you expected. You have to do social activities that too with companies logo and submit the photo as proof!. Holding our money and asking us to do advertisement for company to get that money. Pathetic!
The variable bonus evaluation was actually depending on performance and working hours. But suddenly in the changed the policy and added social activities and attending seminars in to the evaluation process!!. It is good to encourage people to do like that. But they introduced the new policy in the middle of first pandemic lockdown when every body was staying inside.
There is no trust between management-employees-client. They hide lot of things between employees and clients.
