Since this is an anonymous review, we can't delve into the specific situation as we don’t know who is behind this review or whether this person actually works for us. However, we’d like to clarify a few points. Firstly, the claim that we’re an "HR-based company"—this is not true. In fact, we recruit on behalf of our growing number of clients, mostly in the Netherlands. If the client decides to work with a candidate, we offer that candidate a job within our organization. Secondly, regarding our organizational structure: yes, we are a flat organization without any managers. This is actually one of our USPs and a key reason why our current workforce appreciates working here. Lastly, office politics is simply not part of our operating model!

However, we want to clarify our policy: we offer job security to our employees. After successfully completing the probation period, employees are secure. Even if a client terminates a project, we will work to find a suitable role within the company or with another client. Our track record of successfully placing employees is strong. In the rare event that we're unable to find an alternative placement, we offer an unlimited bench period.
