Bad politics ,the manager supports tech lead, the tech lead support her/his favorite associate only. If you are newly onboarded to that project he will humiliate you, The tech lead will work with his favorites associate and ask you to work independently causing huge discrimination. Extremely bad environment. The tech lead is so good in playing bad politics and saving his favorite team , that he will put you into false allegations and can even remove you from the company.
