Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Mediclaim facility. Bus transportation.

Dislikes

...ork life balance. Remote location. Company not provide sufficiant resources. Lesser salary payout compare to market trend. No job security. Poor ERP system. Poor employee engagement. Working hrs 8 am to 8 pm No colony facility. No company uniform. No Deceplain working of senior management

I got a very good experience from wonder wall putty i am greatfull to worked in wonder putty everything is good and i learned lot of things in this company i am first officer for bhopal market, my state head all time supported me and he treated me as a brother..from 1st day expenses not received on time and also i spend too much money from my pocket also..
