I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The name is there in the market but there is very less work life Ballance.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The company itself is not good to work. No work life balance. They play with your bonus out and give it as per their wish. Minimum duration for promotion is 4 years even if you perform good. Want you to work on weekends also

Not much scope to move out of your current role. Not to mention the 3 month bond. Onsite opportunities are there but the pay makes it a lacking experiance

Dislikes

Low chances of growth. Not the best salary and pay hikes. Doesn't attract the best talent (so difficult to hire good people as a manager/director). Also work get monotonous after a few cycles (can be year or quarter)
