...rtive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Learnt a lot of things with WNS.Got certifications, Career growth,Travel, Innovation work life balance

Dislikes

Management politics. Only favorites/Same religion people get On roll job. Salary is less as per market standards. In times of pressure, extra working till 9 pm also weekends. No equality between team members. Favoritism is there.

Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.
