The managers and staff is very good and supportive. Proper training has been given of your process. U.S holidays are also provided apart from saturday , sunday week-offs. Good company to start your career.

Salary compensations are very low for freshers. Shift is fixed.

...d. Rather than helping me work from home from my home town I was called in pune. Was left without pay until I had resumed work. Also was on bench. I had to come to Pune along with my 7 month old daughter in this situation. Even after coming back there was no proper HR support given. I almost had lost all my savings. After a week n half I got redeployed in another process wherein in the beginning I was told I'll have to work from home n later on when the generic training was done I was called to office just because there were no resources to get me process trained on zoom calls. My daughter is still on breastfeeding and even though I had to leave her and go to office. Without any pick up and drop or compensation. The moment I come home she bursts out in tears which goes on for a long time. The worst part is I got my work system almost after a month I came to Pune. The way I was called and the way it was delivered was really pathetic. WNS is a very good company but it failed to take care of its employee when it was most needed.

No offense but working under a female boss has given me a worst experience. Being a woman iam writing this but can't help it's a fact. U need to understand your team first'rather than questioning on their credibility.

...rship skills and bond with colleagues.Would like to add that working hours is 7.5hours but in many process they ask for OT they do pay additional but it's very conservative

Work life balance need to encourage flexible working hours,provide resources for employee well being and recognise the importance of personal time also there are no sat-sun week offs no medi claim

Very very less Salary increase and transportation services is wrost. Few manager's behaviour not in good way with the team. Politics happening in the company. Partiality & favourability plays main role.

The company has good employees and work culture is mid. Policies are flexed for employees with good regards and good working habits. Job security is good if you cross probation with good regards.

...s. Management can be coperative but the policies are not. HR tools are not good. Overtime pay is not even considered good. You are responsible for marking your own attendance in their HR portal where 2fa will be enabled and phones are not allowed on floor so you have to sacrifice your productive hours window just to login to HR portals.
